FREE Gymnastics Puzzles and Content

Hey there,

At the time of writing, the whole world is in the middle of a covoid19 lockdown.
It's a very challenging time for so very many people, and I know we're all very grateful to NHS staff and key workers for everything that they do to keep us safe.

At Gymnastics Express, I recognised that on top of all the major difficulties out there, this is also a time where highly active gymnasts are trapped at home. With that in mind, I wanted to provide young people and families with an array of free gymnastics content. Here's a video I made talking about this, over on our Youtube channel:

So, what can we offer you?
Well, you already know about the blog section of the website...

The first thing our team created was a fabulous FunPack...
...a printable sheet that contains puzzles, jokes, activities and lots of fun.
You can claim a free copy here.

This received lots of great feedback, and we'll be creating more FunPacks, but not everyone has a printer at home.
So, my team have also created an (ever-growing) free online puzzles section of the website. This can be found here.

Over the coming weeks, we'll be providing more free fun, but also useful content for gymnasts.

I know this is a challenging time for us all, but we'll get through it together as a team.
