We are happy for you to return items, with a note included explaining reason for return. Once we have received the items we will be happy to exchange or refund the value of the goods.
To be eligible for a refund the goods may be opened but must be unused.
We must be able to resell the goods for full value once returned to us. If returns arrive in used condition a refund cannot be processed.
Please remember to enclose your details with the goods and your original order number.

We will usually post replacements to you, free of charge.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Postage and packing charges are direct costs and cannot be refunded.
It is a good idea to obtain a “freeproof of postage” or signed for delivery if returning an item, in case it gets lost in the post.
IMPORTANT: Returned items are at your risk should they become lost on their journey back to us.
