Amazing service, I emailed recently as I was frustrated at having to file away at my sons guards as he has larger than normal fingers. Not only did 'The grip guy' get back with a solution asap he also met myself and my son at his most recent competition to show him how to enlarge the holes properly (without damaging the leather) but also hand delivered some much needed chalk

I ordered some handguards for my daughter, the website went down and I missed the delivery slot for the day I needed. I called them up and spoke with the owner, and another lady, they placed the order on a next day guaranteed delivery at no extra charge to me

I just wanted to 'rave' about Gymnastics Express, and their incredible customer service! My daughter got a runners up voucher for their last competition, we ordered one of the alpha factor leotards, she wore it for the first time yesterday and at least 8 diamanté came off! My daughter loves the leotard so much, she wanted to keep it anyway, but I contacted Gymnastics Express yesterday evening, and first thing this morning, they offered a full refund if we sent it back, or 50% refund if we wanted to keep it! We went for the second option

My daughters been using the balm for a couple of weeks and says it really helps - both after a training session and after conditioning at home. Tiny amount goes a long way so brilliant value for money as well!!
