We are happy for you to return items to us within 30 days of you receiving them, with a note included explaining the reason for return. Once we have received the items, we will be happy to exchange or refund you for the value of the goods.
To be eligible for a refund, the goods may be opened but must be unused. We must be able to resell the goods for full value once returned to us. If returns arrive in used condition, a refund cannot be processed.
