Some gymnasts find that they have small gaps on their handguard finger holes. Thanks to these neat and ingenious “Finger Wedgies”, gone are the days of stuffing lumps of pit foam into them!

Made from a springy foam which stretches and packs out your finger holes, you simply pop the wedgies into the gaps - for instant stability and a comfortable grip.
