Our looped fabric exercise bands activate and strengthen legs, hips and glutes. This band set includes 4 color-coded resistance levels, suitable for anyone from beginner to advanced abilities. Fabric resistance bands are designed for comfort and feature an inside strip of rubber that will grip clothing or skin to avoid repeat adjustment during your workout. Made of a soft and durable fabric to reduce the chance of rolling up during a workout.

- Mint Green: Smallest Loop (12.5 inches) = Highest Resistance
- Light Blue: Medium Loop (15 inches) = High Resistance
- Royal Blue: Large Loop (16 inches) = Medium Resistance
- Purple: X-Large Loop (17.5 inches) = Light Resistance
